GreenNote Concert

THANK YOU SEATTLE!
On Saturday, July 24, GreenNote welcomed Amos Lee to our stage at the Mural Amphitheatre. Nearly 2000 people came out to our first year of GreenNote--a huge success! We had a 100% compost event with a ton of sustainable components and fundraising for local environmental non-profits. At its core, GreenNote is an acoustic music event, and the music was incredible. Thanks to Amos Lee for what was nothing short of an awe-inspiring set, and to Rocky Votolato, Star Anna, Ian Moore, BC Campbell, and Nick Boone, you all left your mark on GreenNote, to a thankful crowd (and staff). An amazing summer night of acoustic music! Thank you for your support. We look forward to year 2 and a bigger, better, more sustainable event!

Festival Director, GreenNote

GreenNote is Entertainment!
It's first and foremost about music! One national headliner and several local stars, GreenNote will feature acoustic musical artists for a special summer night event.

GreenNote is Educational!
This year, we'll be featuring booths and speakers concerning DIY green gardening and relationship with our food. Or simply connect with our great non-profits and learn how you can make a difference.

GreenNote is Slow and Tasty!
Our restaurants aren't just any ol' festival food vendors. By requiring all our concert restaurant vendors to include sustainable and/or vegetarian options on all menus, and by using all compostable ware, we pair great restaurants with great practices.

GreenNote conserves on paper by primarily using electronic promotions.

GreenNote 2010 a Huge Success

Jul 27 2010

We came, we composted, and we listened to the best acoustic music in town. Thank you, Seattle, for supporting this new and important event. The whole point of it was to have a great night of music and to celebrate sustainable culture here in Seattle, and we did all of that, all the while supporting some great environmental non-profits. Thanks in particular to The Mountain and Seattle Weekly for their passionate support of the event. We're looking forward to GreenNote 2011!
